Processing Time
All prints are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partners to ensure the highest quality.
- Print Production: 3-5 business days
- Original Artwork: Ships within 1-2 business days
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Locations & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide from our international print production facility.
United States:
- Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days from order date
- Expedited Shipping: 7-10 business days from order date
International Destinations:
- Standard Shipping: 15-25 business days from order date
- Expedited Shipping: 10-15 business days from order date
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders during promotional periods.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- Shipping confirmation email
- Tracking number to monitor your delivery
- Estimated delivery date
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
International Orders
Customs & Duties:
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country
- These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are collected by the carrier upon delivery
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
Customs Declarations:
- All packages are accurately declared with product descriptions and values
- We cannot mark items as "gifts" or alter declared values
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Some remote locations may have limited shipping options or extended delivery times.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Lost Packages:
- If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact us within 7 days
- We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue
Damaged in Transit:
- Report damage within 30 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We will send a replacement or issue a refund
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may be possible if requested before the order ships.
Production & Shipping Updates
Due to the custom nature of our prints:
- Production begins immediately after order placement
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started (typically within 24 hours)
- Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of ordering
