RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: February 1, 2026
Print-on-Demand Items
Due to the custom nature of our art prints, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, we stand behind the quality of our work. If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
Reporting Issues:
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to report any quality issues
- Contact us at zzleetni@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue
- We will review your claim within 2-3 business days
Resolution:
- Verified defects or damage: We will send a replacement at no cost to you
- Replacement prints ship within 7-10 business days
- We do not offer refunds on print-on-demand items, only replacements
Original Artwork
For original paintings and one-of-a-kind pieces:
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- We cover return shipping costs
- Provide photos of the damage within 30 days of delivery
- We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized prints
- Digital downloads (if applicable)
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Return Process
- Email zzleetni@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Ship item back in original packaging with tracking
- Refund processed once item is received and inspected
Important Notes
- The return window begins on the delivery date, not the order date
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
